One hundred thirty-seven Mercedes-Benz are in our system — more repair orders than any other badge we serve. C-Classes and E-Classes, GLCs, GLEs up to the 63 AMG S, four G63s, an S580 — and a working fleet of Sprinters maintained on contract. The star keeps its own book, the ASSYST sheet, and expects it read properly. We read it.
From our own service records, October 2026 — records, regulars, fleets, and the owners who stop in just for advice. Not a brochure — a workload.
The volume star — A and B services, sensors, air conditioning, and diagnostics done with XENTRY, not guesses.

The executive — the same A/B rhythm, with AIRMATIC and the modern E’s electronics watched closely.

The compact SUV Miami drives — services, filters and tires, read off the counter.

The big SUV — from the 350 to the GLE 63 AMG S, with the air suspension kept honest.

The G — heavy, fast, and serviced like both. Four of them trust us, from 2014 to 2024.

The alternating rhythm, read off ASSYST PLUS and done whole — oil, filters, brake fluid at B, the counter reset honestly.
A working Sprinter fleet maintained on contract — filters, bulbs, steps and scheduled care that keeps vans earning.
Wheel speed sensors, module faults, an SLK’s full diagnostic — factory-platform answers, in writing.
Refrigerant and leak work — an SLK250’s A/C is a recent line on our board.
An ML350’s new tire and alignment — the big Benzes set straight on our own equipment.
Cabin and engine air filters, bulbs by the handful — the lines that keep a fleet and a family car alike.

A counter for time and miles, plus numbered extras per car. We read the sheet with XENTRY before quoting anything.
Synthetic oil and filter, fluid levels, tire pressures, brake inspection, maintenance counter reset.
Everything in A, plus the brake fluid exchange and the cabin combination filter — then A and B alternate.
Engine air filter, spark plugs, transmission fluid and filter, coolant — due by mileage and age on your car’s sheet, confirmed by VIN.
Tracks serviced and drains cleared — in Miami, rain is a maintenance item.
No oil, no plugs — brake fluid, filters, coolant circuits and software, on their own sheet.
Specialist note: an overdue counter is information, not an embarrassment — we never just reset it. And on AIRMATIC cars, a corner that drops overnight is a leak talking; we find it before the compressor burns out answering it.
An SLK250’s front sensor lit the dash trio — ABS, ESP, tire pressure. One sensor, diagnosed and replaced.
Low refrigerant is a leak, not a top-up — the SLK’s A/C service included the leak work.
Corners that drop overnight — strut, line or valve block, pressure-tested in that order.
A Sprinter out of service is revenue parked — our fleet cadence exists to prevent exactly that.
Fleet Sprinters eat bulbs; family cars eat sensors. Both are same-visit lines here.

Every car on the road descends from a Benz. The star has stood for the standard since before there were standards — our job is the simpler one: keep the ones in Miami living up to it.
“A Mercedes does not break down. It requests attention — on schedule.”
